The apartment is a two-level maisonette, rented as a whole — just for your group. It includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one big open living area, and its own terrace looking out over the sea, the marina, and Vrboska.

TWO LEVELS
The apartment across two levels
The apartment has a living level, and above it, a top level under the roof.
On the living level are the kitchen and living area, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and the private terrace. On the top level are the large bedroom (approx. 26 m²), a second bathroom, a hallway, and a small balcony. The two levels are connected by an open staircase.
That's about 95 m² of indoor space for guests, plus approx. 17 m² of private outdoor space.
There's a bathroom on each level. Both have a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and hairdryer. Towels are included.
SLEEPING
Sleeping
Spread across three bedrooms, there are six fixed beds, plus a pull-out sofa bed in the living room for two more guests.
With six guests, everyone has a fixed bed; with seven or eight guests, the sofa bed comes into play.
Bed linen is included.

LIVING & KITCHEN
Living & Kitchen
The kitchen and living area form one open space on the living level — the heart of the apartment.
It has an L-shaped sofa seating around four, plus the pull-out sofa bed, a fireplace, and a Samsung smart TV. You can use streaming services like Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+ with your own accounts.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering: hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster, plus dishes, cutlery, wine glasses, and pots and pans. There is no microwave.
TERRACE
Terrace & Balcony
From the 14 m² terrace you look out over the sea, the marina, and Vrboska. On the terrace there's a table with six chairs and extra folding chairs, a hanging chair, a sun umbrella, and an electric grill. This is where you eat outside and sit together.
The top level also has a small balcony (3.2 m²) as additional private outdoor space.

SHARING THE BUILDING
Sharing the building
The apartment is used exclusively by your group.
There are other apartments in the same building; the only shared spaces are the laundry room and the lower terrace.
There's no washing machine in the apartment itself. The shared laundry room has a washing machine and a sink; use is free of charge. The lower terrace is a shared space for the guests of both apartments.
